50% venue cost is upon signing the contract to reserve your date.
Tents, tables, chairs and linens are included in the cost of the venue. A limited selection of decoration and lighting is available for use. Guests are responsible for your own licensed vendors and licensed bartenders.
We require all renters to provide their own Event Liability insurance policy.
We require all renters to have an event coordinator and/or day of coordinator.
Space is limited for indoor weddings. Anything over 50 people would require a tent.
